The course video is not playing smoothly/freezes – Please check your internet connection, clear your browser’s memory and restart your device.

Do videos include subtitles/captions? – We are using Vimeo for all instructional videos. It’s up to the artist whether to include subtitles with their videos. Vimeo does not provide them out of the box.

I changed my mind and would like to refund or exchange the course I purchased – All courses are non refundable and not exchangeable. We are providing immediate access to all course materials and cannot accept “returns”.
